Application Features

SurveyAssist is based on the latest technology online survey tools and offers the following features:

  • Fully customisable 'look and feel' of your questionnaire i.e. colour theme, logo, graphics etc
  • Multiple question response options - including narrative text, radio button, checkbox, matrix style or drop-down options, plus many others
  • Question logic and page (or section) logic options - to direct respondents to specific questions or sections within the questionnaire, depending on their responses
  • Selectable mandatory or optional responses to each question
  • Multiple responses allowed option
  • End-of-survey re-direction options - to take respondents to whatever HTML location or web address you require once they have completed the questionnaire
  • Manual data entry of completed hard-copy versions of the questionnaire if required
  • Email alerts on either partial or full completion of questionnaires, or both
  • Email alerts on completion by a minimum or maximum number of respondents

Custom Reporting

What do you want to know - today? Tell us how you would like to see the results of your survey reported and we will present it exactly the way you prefer. Some options you might like to consider include:

  • An online view of the survey results - both in summary and detailed form. This can be both 'live' during the survey, and after the survey closes of course. This can be accessible by anyone you authorise to view it
  • Weighted and/or filtered - we can tailor the effect of individual respondents or demographic groups of respondents to your needs if required
  • Benchmarked against normalised data or industry standards
  • Diagnostic appraisals can be created and reported on
  • Graphs, charts or tables are all options
  • Word, Excel or .pdf file format reports are all possible if required

Delivery of Invitations

How you invite respondents to participate is entirely up to you. The most common options include:

  • Direct email invitation with your own personalised message containing a link to the internet questionnaire - either in text or HTML style
  • Have the entire questionnaire sent as an HTML email to your respondents
  • Receive a copy of the link so you can direct respondents to it any way you wish
  • Use a HTML code link within one or multiple websites - either as a pop-up or on an existing page
  • A .pdf file of the questionnaire as an attachment to an email (requires manual data entry of the results)
  • A hard copy print of the .pdf which respondents can fill out and return (requires manual data entry of the results)
